Originally from Peru, Chef Frank has always been passionate about sharing the rich flavors of his homeland. Trained at a top culinary school in Peru, he honed his skills in traditional Peruvian techniques and ingredients, gaining a deep appreciation for his culture’s vibrant cuisine. Driven by his dream of bringing these flavors to a new setting, Frank established Ceviche House in Waikiki, where he combines his Peruvian heritage with the fresh, tropical ingredients of Hawaii. With every dish, Frank shares a piece of his journey and invites locals and visitors alike to experience the unique fusion of Peru and the islands.
